West Geauga Senior Alexa Hocevar scored her 1,000th career point in a 65-51 win at home over Orange on Wednesday night.

Hocevar surpassed the mark in the second quarter after drawing a foul and completing a three-point play at the line.

She finished the night with 18 points and had 10 rebonds and dished out five assists.

Hocevar is the second player in program history on the girls side to reach 1,000 points in her career.

Hocevar is signed to play at IUPUI (NCAA D1) next season.
