Coaching Certification Process
Below are the steps for all Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Volunteers that must be completed prior to being approved as a member of the coaching staff.

2. Background Check: Contact Lisa Porter (Lisa.Porter@westg.org) at the Board Office to schedule an appointment M-F 8:30-5. $60 cash or check
3. Apply for a Pupil Activity Permit. https://education.ohio.gov/Topics/Teaching/Licensure/Apply-for-Certificate-License
4. Coaches' Tool Chest-- $49/year fee for all certifications. Will send more information when application process begins.
