The 2022 West Geauga High School football season will kickoff on the road at Bay Village High School on August 19.

The two squads opened the 2021 season with the Rockets coming away with a 24-17 victory over the Wolverines in Chesterland.

After the week one trip to the west side, the Wolverines will start a four-game home stand on August 26 when they host Streetsboro in a re-match of last year's OHSAA Division II Round 1 playoff game.

The next two weeks will feature a non-conference game against Parma on September 2 and the start of CVC play with a visit from Kirtland on September 9. The home stretch concludes with a week five match-up with Edgewood.

The month of September finishes with a pair of road games at Lakeside on September 23 and Orange on September 30.

The Wolverines finished last season 7-4 and qualified for the playoffs for the second consecutive season.
