2024-25 Ticketing Guidelines


As we get ready to kick off the 2024-25 school year, we wanted to take the opportunity to go over the ticket policies for the season. Tickets for all home events will go live on August 1 at 8:00am.

Digital Ticketing

HomeTown Ticketing will once again be the preferred ticket provider for West Geauga Athletics during the 2024-25 school year. You can download the HTT app on your device's app store or from their website.

First for the biggest change… Student Tickets will now be $4.00 pre-sale without any fees! With the support of our Treasurers’ office, we will absorb the $1.55 fee on each student ticket sold for an event during the 2024-25 school year. Last year we sold over 1500 student tickets and we want to see that number increase!

You will see the ticket price listed as $3.58 with a .42 cent processing fee to total $4.00. This was the easiest way to list it in the application to make sure the ticket total would be $4.00. For football games, student tickets will remain on sale until the gates open at 6pm. There will no longer be a 3pm cutoff on game days for tickets.

Adult tickets will be $8.00 for all events pre-sale or at the gate. There is a .55 cent processing fee on adult tickets but we will absorb the $1.00 Hometown fee on each ticket making the cost $8.55 for an adult ticket.

All tickets sold at the gate will be $8.00 regardless of adult or student.



Cash & Credit Card Sales

Cash sales will be accepted at the South entrance of the stadium only. All cash ticket sales will be $8.00. You will purchase your ticket at the ticket booth and then enter the stadium through the gates.

For events in the gym, cash is accepted at the main entrance.

Credit Cards or Apple Pay are accepted at all home events.

Re-Entry Policy

There is a NO RE-ENTRY policy at Howell Field or in the gymnasium. In the case of an emergency, please notify the gate workers.

Tickets will be accepted until the beginning of halftime.

Gates for all home football games will open at 6:00 pm with a 7:00 pm start time.

Booster Passes

For those who have purchased Booster Passes, please have your pass (or a screenshot) of your pass to be scanned at the gate. It will make the entry process that much smoother! Your passes can be scanned more than once. If you have purchased a level that has four scans, you can have multiple people arrive at different times and still get entry to the event.

Non-Varsity Level Events

There will be no tickets needed for the following events: Freshman Football, Freshman Volleyball or JV Football.

Freshman & JV Volleyball games will be played at the same time with Freshman being in the auxiliary gym and JV in the Main Gym.

Senior Citizens/Golden Buckeye

There is NO charge for Seniors 65+ for any of our home events. Please proceed directly to the gate worker.
